I can't squint that hard! But I will say, Santa Rosa is going for a quaint, cozy vibe, and it mostly achieves it. Lots of mom 'n' pop stores. Walkable communities. Kicky bungalows with squash plants or native grasses in place of lawns. That kind of thing.
