Yahoo is being a dick

I don't normally bitch online about service that's free to me, but dammit, Yahoo Mail is seriously pissing me off these days. Attachments aren't uploading, and now this morning, it's just flat-out refusing to show me my Inbox mail.

Yeah, yeah, I know I'm not one of the cool kids for still using Yahoo, but I've had this account for ten years with nary a blip. Suddenly in the last few months comes the crazy. Feeling helpless.

When yahoo's bad it's really bad - I've been locked out of my inbox a few times, although not recently.

Like you, I've had mine for ages, and it's like an old slipper - a bit manky, but comfy.

Strange. I haven't had any problems with mine lately. There have been a few glitches, but those were almost a year ago. Perhaps these things go around and will pass soon.

I have had mine for such a long time and am reluctant to give it up. Not because I actually use it, it is mostly for junk mail now, but because it has my maiden name. And for that very reason I still haven't closed it.

I made a second account years ago, just for those special offers from retailers. But all my friends know my primary mail address like it's my actual last name. Yahoo better not mess with that.

yeah I notcied some stuff with yahoo. But it's less intrusive than google.

you may be at the stage where they are forcing an upgrade.
