I'm with ya. And I don't think we're projecting here. They seemed incompatible on the face of it; there was nothing in the books to suggest Remus was ever really happy with his decision to marry Tonks. I felt bad for him. He was already doing his duty as an Order member, and now comes the unwanted responsibilities of being a husband and father? No. He should have taken up with some steady woman his own age for a nice, steamy, string-free relationship. (Yes, NOW I'm projecting.)(But who cares.)
