You might also want to try Sycophant Hex, which is a catch-all for various aspects of the Potterverse. There is a site within called Ashwinder, which is strictly SSHG, then there is another called Occlumency, which is Snape-centric, generally with any other character other than Hermione... sometimes even OCs. There are others as well, but I only have eyes for Snape. I haven't read anything there in a long while, due to a lack of time, but I remember quite a few good stories there.
