So, remember the fall I had last month? The embarrassing one, off the step of the train? You guys warned me to watch out for problems, and I'm glad you did.

I've been having some issues with vertigo and ringing in my ears for the last few weeks. I finally called the advice nurse, and she was all, have you had any head trauma lately? And I was all, dude! Yes! I said to her, if I tell you the story, you have to promise not to tell anybody else over there. Well, she utterly failed to keep it to herself, and now my entire HMO knows how clumsy I am.  BUT - I have a hearing appointment scheduled, and a future appointment with an ear doc to see what may be done.

i'm glad you have an appointment scheduled to take care of it and i hope it has a swift and simple solution. sorry about the thing where the nurse blabbed it around. whatever happened to patient confidentiality?

Well, I may have sold her short. I think she had to at least explain how I got into the condition I am in, LOL. I can't really blame her.

I'm going to *hope* that this might be allergy/sinus related because better that than some other stuff with your brain, but either way, I hope it goes well! Awww now you have me worried so you have to keep us posted, please.
