I read a reasonable amount of Remus/Hermione in earlier days (I like the pairing too) but yes, there doesn't seem to be too many about nowadays. Even then, unless the non-furry side of his character was darkened up, poor Remus was often thrown over for another. It's the old adage of 'Nice guys finish last' isn't it?
