Road trip!

Off to see my mother today, to do chores for her and take her out to lunch. Only three hours round trip, sorry to say, but! it still counts as a road trip.

Checklist:

* camera to take pics of her quilts for her Etsy page
* cord for camera - see above
* books to share
* mp3 playa - I've loaded nothing but songs I like to sing along to, plus podfics (especially the last chapters of teddyradiator's As Morning Falls)
* water & smackerels
* change of clothes, in case our household chores are of the messy variety

In retrospect, not the safest thing to listen to your works while operating heavy machinery. When we got to the really smexxy bits in Chapter 3, I almost drifted into another lane. ;-)
