Sorry in advance for the earworm

This evening, I finally took a picture of the Chinese characters that appear on that tile piece I have been working on.
I'm hoping someone can translate!
ely_baby says she is studying Chinese, and
toblass's dad reads Chinese. I'm sure it's the artist's name, but it would (also) be great to get a title or a locale. Thanks for taking a look--hope it's clear enough. Click the photo to biggify.

I'm on a real Ladymage Samiko jag tonight. I'm especially enamoured of/with Snape & Sympathy. I love her short works, with their intelligent conversations and their older characters, and also the masterful way she has with the drabble format.
Every few days the song Through the Years wanders in the transom of my mind and gets stuck in here. Why, why? This is not the dentist's office! I mean, that's the only place I ever hear this song anymore. Maybe the malevolent ghost of Kenny Rogers has wandered within psychic range as he seeks a human host to inhabit. Wait, Kenny Rogers isn't dead, is he? Okay, then I don't know.

The title would be: 明湖泛舟 which is read ming hu fanzhou, which translates into "Sailing on the Bright Lake" (but yes, do get a second opinion, since my Chinese is a bit rusty!). The last three characters before the seal would be the name of the painter. I'm afraid I personally need a clearer picture if you want to know what the second line means. Probably a more expert eye would be fine like this, but the characters a bit too blurry (even when I zoom it) for me to understand them.
Hope this helps though!
Love,
Ely xxx
